Welcome to Ariel Dunes 1208!
Up to 6 beach-loving guests will sleep comfortably in this spacious 12th floor condo that offers a spacious living area with a queen sleeper sofa, a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar, and spectacular views of the emerald hued water from the large private balcony.
The owner’s suite features a king bed and breathtaking Gulf views. The en-suite bathroom features a soaking tub with a separate shower and double sinks! The guest bedroom features a queen bed and beachy décor.
Just a short stroll down the palm-lined entry boulevard and just past the sugar white sand, you’ll find the perfect spot to dip your toes in the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.
Located on the Seascape Resort, you will enjoy the many amenities including tennis, golf, and two enormous swimming pools and include 12,000 square feet of sparkling enjoyment. The shallow end of one pool has a fun mushroom sculpture that cascades water down to the delight of frolicking kids!
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November – March 1st.

we checked in late and while unpacking and checking to make sure everything worked we found that the ice maker was broken. I txt where we rnted from and she txtd back the next day that she would contact the owner that the refrig was new. We never heard another word but really no inconvenience we just bought a bag of ice and used it and bought another for the next guest. I actually LOVED the condo.

My wife and I just left Ariel Dunes #1208 this past weekend. Had a great stay. Condo is FANTASTIC! Owner support was fantastic! The only thing they couldn't fix was the weather at the beginning of the week LOL. Rent this unit, you wont be disappointed.

Everything about this trip was easy. Booking online. Filling out the rental agreement. And the check in instructions. Upon arrival my children’s excitement was through the roof. 2 pools?!?!? The restaurant on location was amazing. And the bed was a welcome comfort for 2 parents who had been driving for 15 hours. The view of the ocean was so much better than I could have imagined. We are already looking forward to our next trip.
