This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo offers an open concept with a spacious living area, kitchen with breakfast bar, and breathtaking views of the emerald water. You will find a king bed in the master bedroom, twin bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, that will sleep 6 guests comfortably! Sip your morning coffee looking out over the Gulf, splash around in the multiple pools, and explore the abundant amenities at Seascape Resort. You will soon learn why Ariel Dunes II 705 is a favorite among our guests!

Ariel Dunes II 705 offers top of the line amenities and easy access to the beach, dining, shopping, and entertainment. At the back of the building, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the 18-hole Seascape Golf Course where the golfer in your group will definitely want to spend some time.

At Ariel Dunes II you can enjoy one of three swimming pools that encompass 11,000 square feet, with the middle pool being heated from November to March! The sparkling waters of the Emerald Coast and 2,000 linear feet of white sand are just a short stroll away. A fitness center on-site has a wall of windows that overlook the pool area, and features state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a steam room, and a sauna. Casual poolside drinks and dining are available next door at the "Cabana Cafe" on the first floor of Ariel Dunes I for tropical drinks, cold beer, wine, seafood, pizzas, sandwiches, or burgers. It's open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $10.00 each onsite.

Snowbirds Monthly Winter Rates - Snowbird Season runs November through March 11th. The monthly rate for Nov- Jan is $1800.00 per month + taxes/fees. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November – March 1st

Place was in a great location that was a 10 minute walk to the beach. Aubrey always responded quickly and was always there to help. Would stay again
