The condo was perfect, loved that is was more of a farmhouse chic beach theme vs the outlandish decor of other units we previewed (I’m not a fan of bright colors and fish sculptures on the wall). This unit was well furnished with dishes, cooking utensils, towels and even toiletries, laundry soap & dish soap. The only thing I needed that wasn’t provided was a hair dryer. The private beach access is literally across the street which was so convenient. You can walk to Pompano Joes restaurant & Alvin’s Island beach store, which are both nearby. We drove to the local WalMart (only a few miles away) to pick up groceries and aluminum foil for baking. What was unique about this location vs other locations we have stayed at was that there are sidewalks on both sides of Scenic Gulf Dr, you can walk for miles sightseeing the beautiful beach homes and etc. There were always people out walking, even at night. This was never an option when staying on Emerald Coast Pkwy. It rained nearly the entire week of our stay, thankfully there were board games and playing cards in the entertainment center for our use. There were plenty of chairs on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view of the ocean. We didn’t swim in the pool because it was always full when we went to check it out, the water was warm and it was clean. I have nothing negative to say about this unit, even the mattresses were comfortable which was a nice surprise. Completely happy with our stay despite the uncooperative weather. Thank You so much!!

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed our time here. Location is great. Just cross a small road and you’re at the beach. There’s a great beachfront restaurant nearby that you can walk to. The place was nice and clean and came with many beach amenities. Overall, it was a great place and would recommend it to others.

We stayed at Ciboney 4006 for a Thursday-Sunday beach getaway. The beach view was beautiful! We had easy access to the private beach, just next to Pompano Joe’s, where we ate at every day! We have 3 young children and the condo was kid-friendly and the walking distance was appropriate and easy for them. Our host was so very friendly and accommodating. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the condo, which we realized when we were already an hour away headed home. She quickly located the ring and shipped it to us the next day. We were very impressed with all aspects of this condo and will definitely stay here again... hopefully in the near future!

This was a last-minute booking for our family. I was very happy with the location. It was convenient to the beach & a few stores, even an ice cream shop. My only concern was the cleanliness, sofa pull-out bed didn't look clean & few spots on the bed but overall great stay. I would definitely book here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Ciboney. We loved the privacy and the secluded beach area. Other guests were even kind & so respectful which is a huge plus. We Loved everything about our stay in 4006. The ocean view from our balcony (watching the dolphins from balcony in the early morning), the grill area was clean and very useful! The pool was nice, warm and clean and best of all the quick walk to the beach front. Every thing was clean and in place. Quick response to all our questions ( beach/ pool entry code changed on us) but Audrey was quick to get back with an updated code. Only complaint I can come up with is the balcony had a sticky brown film which got on our feet and was hard to clean off ( and it stained the wash cloths ) and I was worried about accidentally getting it on furniture & rugs inside. But over all 5 stars! My family had an amazing time & we made some wonderful memories. Thanks so much Audrey! We can not wait to come back!

Audrey and her team were beyond responsive and professional. The level of communication was amazing. The property is even more beautiful in person than the pictures. It was clean and well decorated. Elevators were broken most of the time. Making it pretty difficult on my 73 year old mother. And the bunk room is a closet not a bedroom. Can't get dressed in there or anything. Its a closet.

It was a great place to stay how ever if you have a pet that barks excessive or aggressively even though it’s pet friendly you will get a note on your door. I got a note saying if my dog didn’t stop barking they will call the authority and will pay a $200.00 fine mind you they had other dogs there barking also. That note on my door I wasn’t happy about it. It was my dogs first day getting settled after he was fine. To me that is not pet friendly. I have a Maltese dog he will bark if he hears noises ect like other dogs. I think it was someone that lives there that left the note. I will let my pet stay with someone or bring him to his vet for boarding next time. That was the only bad experience about this place. We had amazing weather and walking distance to the beach was great.

Fabulous location! Was beautiful and a fully stocked kitchen, and we absolutely loved the balcony. Right next door to a ice cream/ coffee shop along with a souvenir store. The private beach access was great and right across the street. You can hear and see the beach from the balcony. Make sure to bring DVD’s with you for the bunk room if you would like to watch anything in there. Loved the board games and beach supplies that were left in the room. Owner was good on communication. Overall a fabulous stay on a very much needed family getaway. Will refer to family and friends and would love to stay here again!!!

Ciboney 4006 did not disappoint! Our family has stayed in this condo a couple of times, and it continually delivers a great vacation experience. The management company was very friendly and made the check-in and check-out process simple. The condo feels like home away from home for a family of 6. Enjoyed this condo. Wanted to book for next year..but..owner booked without asking us first. We called early Jan because we liked Ciboney and our condo but it was already booked. Would stay there again. A little lacking in kitchen but view was ery nice.

Location was nice but condo needed to be cleaned better. All ceiling fans caked with dust along with cold air return vent. Couch covers were very stained/dingy white. They could use some new ones. 3rd bedroom size of walk-in closet small and no clothes storage available.

My family of four adults had a great time at Ciboney 4006. It’s nice to be close to beach stores for things needed for the beach (chairs, cup holders, lotions, and souvenirs). The unit was very close to Winn Dixie and other shopping. Beautiful beach.

The condo unit we stayed at was in a great location and was very comfortable for our family of four. Beach access was just across the street and a gift shop was next door to help with our beach items we did not bring. Great vacation and we are planning to return in the future.

This is the second time to stay at Ciboney 4006. The view was beautiful! There was a little issue with the beach, but we made it work.

The place is in good shape and the updates are nice. The location is perfect for children .. walk to beach, pool, and a couple restaurants. Its great for dogs too. We walked out dog up and down Gulf Scenic a few times a day. There is a bathroom-break dog walk on the property that is convenient. All-in-all a good value and good venue for a nice vacation.

This rental was everything we needed and the location couldn’t be beat. Door to condo was located right off elevator and stairs and there were carts to bring your luggage up. Everything you needed was in the room, except beach towels and a wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. We enjoyed the proximity to dining, shopping and the beach. Property mgmt was very responsive when contacted. I’d highly recommend and if we need to stay again, I will look for this property.

After evacuating to Montgomery, AL, we found this place and it was just what we needed. The manager was understanding, pleasant, patient and accommodating. The condo was spacious, well decorated and included everything we needed to take some time to recover from what we experienced because of the storm. The location is wonderful; close to restaurants, services, grocery, post office, beach and city.

The place was clean. The size of the condo was enough to comfortably accommodate 5 adults and 1 kid. The location next to the beach was great. I recommend this condo.
