A short walk from the emerald waters lies a charming townhome that you're sure to fall in love with! New to our program and newly remodeled, Misty Cove 212 is the perfect spot for any group that wants relaxation and a beach vibe.
On the first floor you'll find the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, half bath, and a spacious living room where up to 8 guests can relax and unwind. The living area also features a Queen sleeper sofa. Off of the living area, the screened patio is perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze and is a few steps from the community pool.
The second floor hosts the master bedroom, featuring a King bed, private bathroom, and patio entrance. The guest bedroom features two Queen beds and it's own bathroom.
With Misty Cove you will find you are ideally located to enjoy the convenience of all the excitement off and on the beach!
SnowBirds Monthly Winter Rates - Snowbird Season runs November through March 15th. February only is available at a premium, but Jan and Feb can be reserved together for the standard rate. Call today for snowbird pricing.

We had another great stay at Misty Cove! Our 3rd year at this complex. Christina and Audrey are always so helpful and quick to answer every question. Unit #212 is spacious and accommodated our family in every way. Beach and restaurants are an easy 5 minute walk and public beach access and parking are by popular Pompano Joe’s, if you need to drive. We have already rebooked for next year.

The condo was as advertised. It looked like the online photos. Close to the beach, 5 min. walk if you are stepping lively, 8-10 min. walk if you are leisurely strolling. If you are looking for a condo with a very good location, close to beach, plenty of room for mom, dad and the kids, comfortable beds and flat screen TVs that work, then you should strongly consider this place.

My family of 5 dog (poodle) had a amazing time at this rental property. This unit is exactly the way it describes online. My kids weee literally feet away from the community pool. Clean and all the necessary household items were provided to make this stay very enjoyable!

We definitely enjoyed our stay (3/24-3/31/23). The unit was very, very clean when we arrived. Owner was very responsive to any needs. Home is nicely decorated, beds are very comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental unit. We were able to bring our 2 golden-doodles for the stay and that made it more perfect for us. Unit is about .48 miles to the water. A nice walk in the morning too with the dogs. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Walking distance to Pompano Joes and some shopping is a little further up the way. One thing that is missing from the home is a way to transport items to the beach. We went to Walmart and purchased a wagon for about $80. Other than that everything was in the unit that you needed. We would rent here again.

We had a great stay at our townhouse on Misty Cove. The townhouse was newly renovated at it was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable, the space and layout was amazing we loved the patio and deck off of the master bedroom. I would have ranked this townhouse as a 5 star, however, I give it a 4-star because it did not have 3 things that is necessary for any trip. They did not have an iron, a hair dryer or plunger for the bathroom. All of these things with a cheap motel so it should be expected in a rental that cost this much and is a house. The purpose of renting a townhouse is for the space and the fact that it comes with everything you need. It came with a crock pot, mixer, blender and a lot of things that people typically will not use on vacation, but the failed to supply necessities. Yes a plunger is a necessity. It is a beach town so after swimming everyday people wash their hair so they need a hair dryer. Most people may not care about an iron, but I do it is a necessity for me because I hate wrinkled clothes. I hope this was an oversight because it was newly renovated. If it was not, management needs to add those amenities. I would not have to bring those things if I was in a simple motel, so why should I have to bring it to a townhouse.

The house was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. It was a quiet place, but at the same time, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. The beach was very crowded, but it was spring break, so not a big surprise there. I will likely go back and try to stay there during the summer or after labor day.
